Tour Overview

SO WHAT'S SO DIFFERENT ABOUT THIS TURKISH TOUR?

Yes, we take you to all the ‘must see’ sights such as Istanbul’s Blue Mosque, St Sophia Basilica and Topkapi Palace, the troglodyte dwellings in Cappadocia, Pergamum and the mighty Roman ruins of ancient Ephesus where Empires have left their mark.  We also take in the limestone cascading terraces of Pamukkale and stay on the Turquoise Coast in Antalya to visit ancient Perge, the beautifully preserved Roman amphitheatre of Aspendos and the dramatic Duden Waterfalls. But then Albatross Travel add that significant difference by also spending three fascinating nights near Gallipoli exploring the dramatic battlefields. We do this because, unlike many others, we design our programmes specifically for Australians and New Zealanders. With our specially trained Turkish Tour Guide we give you an in depth and absorbing insight into the whole bitterly fought campaign plus the lifestyle and living conditions of the infamous ‘ANZAC Diggers’. Our private morning commemoration at Anzac Cove completes Albatross Travel’s truly different Turkish touring experience.
