Few people have made such an impact on the world as Diana, Princess of Wales. 2017 marks the 20th anniversary of her death and Kensington Palace will celebrate her life with a new exhibition and commemorative garden, opening next year.
Kensington Palace was a place of unique significance in the life of Princess Diana. As well as being her home from 1981, she also hosted regular receptions for her many charities in the State Apartments and Orangery. The Palace was also the scene of a worldwide tribute to her in 1997.
Alongside the new exhibition the garden will be running a programme of talks and events exploring Diana’s enduring legacy.
