Head of SalesMy love of the Travel Trade began whilst working at Marriott Hotels UK. My hotel career began in 2003 and in 2012 I took up the position of National Account Manager Leisure, managing a portfolio of coach operators, wholesalers both domestic and inbound as well as FIT. I also had the privilege, during this role, of being appointed to the board of the Coach Tourism Association, serving 2 terms, and am thrilled to have just been appointed for another term. I was delighted to join Albatross in March 2020. The company ethos and values, but most importantly the people, have made this a very easy transition to the ‘other side’ of the business and it is a truly great place to work!

Business Development ManagerAfter previously working in the hotel industry for over 24 years, I was delighted to join Albatross Travel in 2013. My hotel career began with a Hotel Management course at college and, for the last 7 years, I worked in the Travel Trade department, managing the Group Desk for the hotel group I worked for. I love travel and discovering new places and I am passionate about great customer service. My favourite UK regions include Cornwall, the Peak District and Yorkshire but you can’t beat beautiful Pembrokeshire in Wales with its stunning beaches and coastline.

Account ManagerAfter completing my French and German degree I joined Albatross in September 2014 to begin my career in the travel industry. Travel is my number one passion, I’m always looking to explore new destinations and be able to share some of that experience when putting together tours for our clients.
In the UK, Bath is one of my favourite cities – stunning roman architecture and beautiful countryside scenery all within easy reach. Further afield Italy has to be one of my favourite destinations; where else can you find amazing lakes, stunning coastal scenery, mouth-watering food and of course, ice-cold Aperol Spritz!

One of my favourite places is the Cotswolds – I love to visit the villages and treat myself to a cream tea before pottering around the unique shops.

Junior Account ManagerI have always worked within the travel industry and I have worked for Albatross Travel since 2000. I have some great client relationships and putting a client’s tour programme and other requests together means I have knowledge of a variety of destinations. My favourite destination in the UK is Lincolnshire, with its excellent choice of hotels and variety of excursion possibilities.
