Jackie Forrest

Working in the travel industry abroad for many years, I joined Albatross Travel as a Tour Co-ordinator in the Operations Department in 2010. This has allowed me to expand my experience, knowledge and passion for travel. I enjoy adding the personal touch with our clients and offering them a great service.  Malta is my home away from home.  With the fascinating island history, stunning scenery and great mix of local cuisine, the islands draw you back time after time – there’s always somewhere to explore!

Euan Craker

I joined Albatross Travel in August 2017 to start my career in travel after finishing sixth form and spending a month in Ecuador. Working at Albatross, no two days are the same and I really enjoy building relationships with clients and suppliers and being able to assist them with anything that they may need. I pride myself on my specialist ferry knowledge and look after all of our ferry requirements across the whole of Albatross Travel. I love to travel at the weekends and am often jetting off across Europe to visit as many destinations as I can… I’m out of the country more than I’m at home! My favourite destination is Tenerife – there’s so much to see and do, with Mount Teide by Night being a must do whilst you’re there. The weather is glorious no matter when you go and the cocktails on the beach are a bonus too!

Sashkia Howard

I thoroughly enjoy being part of the amazing Operations team here, so much so that after some time away, I re-joined Albatross Travel in October 2021! I am proud of the relationships I have built with my clients and suppliers and enjoy being on-hand to help and support them with anything they may need. My favourite holiday destination is Bali, due to its amazing beaches and unique culture. I visited Bali 4 years ago and would love to return one day!

Anne Cathan

I started my Albatross career in August 2013 in the Operations Team focusing on customer service and ensuring our clients received the best possible service, and that all their tours ran smoothly. Customer service has always been my number one priority within my career and so I really enjoy working within a team of people who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service, along with helping others.
This has led to my recent role change in June this year, to Training Support. This role change has allowed me to expand my experience, knowledge and passion for customer service by helping others learn and develop their skills.

Holly Stevens

I joined Albatross Travel in early 2022 to begin my career in travel. Prior to this I had always worked within the Equestrian industry since leaving school, progressing to management of competition horses …. so I had a complete career change as I wanted to expand my knowledge in a completely different industry and learn more about the wonderful world we live in. I absolutely love working with everyone here at Albatross, especially our amazing Operations team who are dedicated to providing the best possible service to our clients and suppliers alike. My favourite aspect of the job is continually building my relationships with my clients; helping them wherever possible and offering them a truly personable service. My favourite holiday destination is the Amalfi Coast & Sorrento; everything from the scenery and sunshine, to the wine and the food. What more could you want?!

Ellie Hearn

I joined Albatross Travel in January 2022 which has allowed me to begin my career within the travel industry. I thoroughly enjoy building relationships with my clients and suppliers, and ensuring they feel supported and assisted, with anything they may need. Working at Albatross Travel has allowed me to work with our amazing Operations team and meet equally amazing people within the company. My favourite holiday destination is Oludeniz in Turkey, as I love the weather, the food and the culture. I am definitely looking forward to exploring what else the world has to offer!

Aimie Fisher

My travel industry journey began in 2020 as an independent travel agent, followed by an operations and trade relation role. I then joined the operations team at Albatross in 2024. I find delight in speaking with our clients, building relationships, and providing a personal service. I love discovering the unexpected, immersing myself into local culture and finding adventure. In 2023 I backpacked to Corfu in a week and met friends for life along the way. I hope to one day have similar adventure in South America and Asia.

Kailey McGrath

I joined Albatross Travel in January 2023 to further my career in Travel. I have worked in the travel industry for over 20 years now in many different roles – mainly customer service and sales. I really enjoy being part of the operations team and building relationships with my clients and suppliers and providing all the assistance they may need. I enjoy travelling and exploring new places. My favourite holiday destination is probably the Greek Islands. I just love the culture, people, and food. And so many pretty places to see!

Becky Verrent

I started working in the travel industry in 2017 as cabin crew, followed by a customer service role, before moving to Albatross in 2024. I really enjoy engaging with my clients and working within an incredible team. I have always had a passion for helping others and this job allows me to do this every day. Every day is so different, allowing me to build relationships with clients and suppliers alike, whilst providing a personal service I am proud of. My favourite destination is St Lucia, having been lucky to spend a lot of time there when flying. The food, beaches and sunshine are to die for!

Tracey Kelly

After previously working in the hotel industry for 12 years, I was overjoyed to join the Albatross Travel Group in August 2013. I have enjoyed every day as it brings new and different challenges, that are interesting and rewarding at the same time. I enjoy working closely with my clients and suppliers and going the extra mile to ensure they receive a great service. It is also so nice to work in such a friendly, relaxed but professional atmosphere. My favourite destination would be Lake Garda in Italy!

Nicola Barr

I have been with Albatross Travel since 2008 and I really enjoy being part of such a great team of people.  I enjoy travelling and would have to say my favourite destination is Switzerland due to the fabulous views of lakes and mountains.  And of course the chocolate, which is to die for!

Olivia Longley

I joined Albatross in July 2022. I had previously completed some work experience some years ago in Doors 2 Tours and always knew that I wanted to be a part of the industry. I love to travel and try to get away when I can. I spent a lot of my time growing up in Florida and this is one of my favourite places to go to when possible. I would also love to visit Italy as it’s somewhere I have never been and has been on my bucket list for a while!  It’s a pleasure to work with so many great and talented people here at Albatross and I look forward to continuing my journey.

Molly Kavanagh

I joined Albatross Travel in June 2023. I enjoy working with attractions all across the UK and Europe and I am very lucky that we have such a great team in the office! I enjoy building relationships with our key attractions and would love to go and visit a lot of them, especially in Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. Every day I am developing my knowledge of our tour areas and know this will continue to grow daily. My favourite place to visit is Abruzzo in Italy, as there are so many beautiful towns and scenery to discover. The food here is incredible and most towns have a very traditional culture, that I love learning about.
