At Albatross Travel we invest time to Visit, Inspect and Grade all of the hotels that we promote. We take the time to look at the finer details of all the accommodation we use from whether there is a lift available to use and if there is coach parking on site.
Your Money is Safe with Albatross Travel
As a member of BAWTA, Albatross Travel offers a client trust account which means that every penny that you pay to us is protected and may not be used by us to pay suppliers until you have returned from your tour. This is not a requirement of the Package Travel Regulations, it effectively gives the same guarantee to coach operators as they give to their passengers.
In addition to this Albatross Air Tours is protected by ATOL, a financial protection scheme for holidaymakers. The scheme ensures customers booked with the ATOL holder for an air package or a flight, do not lose the money paid over or are not stranded abroad.

We hope that you will not have a problem on your tour but if you do, an experienced member of the Albatross Travel Team is available to help 24 hours a day 7 days a week via our out of hours contact number.
In the unfortunate event of a major crisis Albatross Travel has a fully trained Crisis Management Team on standby that can be mobilised in minutes.
We will also keep in contact with your drivers by text if you provide us with their mobile numbers prior to the beginning of each tour … and will remind them of our 24 hour ‘on tour’ helpline should any issues arise. We want your tours to run as smoothly as possible and will do our utmost to help you every step of the way!
