Day 1 Arrival
Day 2 Oswaldtwistle Mills
We spend today at the excellent Oswaldtwistle Mills shopping village and garden centre, an award-winning former weaving mill with more than 100 retailers under one roof, its own garden centre, mill grounds, craft and sewing centre and even a wildfowl
reserve. We have time to browse for gifts before joining in the festivities at their Christmas Party which includes a drinks service, homemade Christmas lunch, warm mince pies and live entertainment!
Day 3 Tatton Park & Christmas Market
This morning we visit the impressive 18th century Tatton Park. The mansion is beautifully adorned with natural decorations from the estate, adding a lovely scent to the traditional sights. We then spend time at leisure exploring either Manchester or Chester’s atmospheric Christmas market.
