Day 1 Arrival
We arrive at our hotel in time for dinner.

Day 2 Buckland Abbey (NT) & Looe
This morning, we visit neighbouring Buckland Abbey, part museum, part house, crammed with a variety of historic artefacts surrounded by meadows and woodlands from where we can enjoy magnificent views of the Tavy Valley. We spend the afternoon at leisure exploring the picturesque resort of Looe.

Day 3 Plymouth Boat Cruise, Mayflower Museum & Gin Distillery
We head to Plymouth this morning, from where we enjoy a 1 hour boat cruise before visiting The Mayflower Museum, which celebrates the story of Plymouth’s role in the pilgrims’ epic journey to the New World. The museum also features a scale model of the Mayflower ship and will be at the centre of international celebrations in 2020, when the
400th anniversary of the Mayflower journey will be celebrated. In the afternoon, we enjoy a 40 minute guided tour of the historic Plymouth Gin Distillery, the oldest working gin distillery in England. At the end of our tour, we enjoy a G&T at the bar or take a complimentary miniature home with us.

Day 4 South Devon Railway & Torquay
Today, we enjoy a return journey on the South Devon Railway from Buckfastleigh to Totnes, along  South Devon Railway a seven mile stretch of line that runs along the
stunning valley of the River Dart. In  the afternoon, we spend time at leisure in the most glamorous and famous of all the West Country resorts, Torquay, in the heart of the English Riviera.
