SUGGESTED ITINERARY
Day 1 Arrival
We arrive at our hotel in time for dinner.
Day 2 Ostend Driver’s Day Off
We spend today at leisure in Belgium’s most popular seaside resort, and our base for the next few nights, Ostend. With its individual charm, characterful seafront and marina, bustling markets and shops, and great seafood restaurants, Ostend is perfect for a leisurely break, taking a stroll along the pier or relaxing on the beach. With our free day we might like to visit the Atlantic Wall Open Air Museum, James Ensor House, the abandoned medieval fishing village of Walraversijde – now home to a museum – or the interactive Museum Amandine, which is moored in Ostend’s marina.
Day 3 Belgium Coast Drive
The choice is yours to include stops in the scenic coastal resort of Blankenburge and Nieuwpoort known for its beach and marina along with a stop in Veurne, a beautiful and historic town in Belgium. Alternatively, enjoy a short drive north into Holland to visit the historic and majestic town of Sluis.
Day 4 Departure
After breakfast, we begin our journey home.
