We spend today in Blackpool, starting at its newest attraction: Showtown. This museum houses 6 themed galleries that tell the story and history of everything that is Blackpool: magic, circus, shows, dance, the seaside and of course the Illuminations! We then have some free time to spend on the North Pier before making our way back to the hotel.
Day 4 Lake District
This morning we head down memory lane to the Lakeland Motor Museum. The Museum isn’t just about cars. The entire collection is presented in a social context, with a host of rarities to awaken some special memories. We then take the short journey to Lakeside where we enjoy a cup of tea or coffee whilst we cruise to Bowness-on-Windermere.
