In this regal tour we visit the Queen’s weekend home of Windsor Castle, sumptuous Hampton Court Palace, beautiful RHS Garden Wisley and fascinating Brooklands Museum. Based at the terrific, refurbished Beaumont Estate Hotel, our tour is fit for a king, or queen!

Day 1 Arrival
We arrive at our hotel prior to dinner.

Day 2 Brooklands Museum & RHS Garden Wisley
This morning, we visit Brooklands Museum, the birthplace of British motorsport and aviation and the home of Concorde. We will be taken on a journey through the glory days of motoring and aviation via aircraft, motorcycle and motorcar collections, exhibitions and simulators. Attractions include the Aircraft Factory which explores the history of aircraft manufacture, the Concorde Experience (extra charge applies), the Brookland Circuit and Grand Prix exhibition. We have a 20 minute introduction to Brooklands before we set off on our journey of discovery. In the afternoon, we visit one of the greatest gardens in the world, RHS Garden Wisley, famed for its impressive gardens and magnificent glasshouse.

Day 3 Windsor Castle & Cruise
We spend today in Windsor, where we visit the Queen’s favourite weekend home, Windsor Castle, the oldest and largest inhabited castle in the world. We spend time exploring the impressive castle and St George’s Chapel, where many royal couples have been married, including Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in 2018. In the afternoon, we have free time for lunch in the town before embarking on a scenic 1.5 hour cruise from Windsor Promenade to Runnymede. Our journey will take us through the grounds of Windsor Castle and the pretty villages of Datchet and Old Windsor before arriving at Runnymede Boathouse.

Day 4 Hampton Court Palace
Today, we have the opportunity to discover the magnificence of Henry VIII’s favourite royal residence, Hampton Court Palace. There are many things to see including Henry VIII’s Great Hall – England’s last and greatest medieval hall - the beautiful Chapel Royal, Henry VIII’s kitchens, William III’s apartments, the Kitchen Garden, the beautiful Hampton Court Gardens and the only surviving royal Chocolate Kitchens, now open to the public for the first time in almost 300 years!

Day 5 Departure
After breakfast, we begin our journey home.
