South Wales boasts beautiful countryside, coastal towns, beaches and gardens – enjoy discovering the scenic locations on our fabulous tour, taking in beautiful gardens, Gwili Railway and the popular seaside resort of Tenby.
Day 1 Arrival
We arrive at our hotel in time for dinner.

Day 2 National Botanic Garden of Wales
Today, we visit the impressive National Botanic Garden of Wales set in the beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside. With a blend of the modern and historic, the gardens boast the world’s largest single-span glasshouse, a tropical Butterfly House, the British Bird of Prey Centre as well as three lakes, a Japanese Garden, a Bog Garden and a Double Walled Garden. We return to our hotel with time to enjoy a stroll around town before dinner.

Day 3 Tenby
We spend today relaxing in the pretty picture postcard town of Tenby. Explore its quaint streets and stroll around the picturesque harbour, visit Tenby Museum and Art Gallery or just relax on the golden sands of this beautiful resort. In the afternoon, take a short boat trip to Caldey Island and its atmospheric monastery.

Day 4 Aberglasney & Gwili Railway
After breakfast, we visit Aberglasney House and Gardens, a serene and beautiful location and one of the finest gardens in Wales. With 10 acres of magnificent gardens and the fully restored ground floor of the mansion to explore, Aberglasney is a stunning venue for groups. In the afternoon, we enjoy a trip on the lovingly restored Gwili Narrow-Gauge Railway which winds its way north beside the River Gwili.

Day 5 Departure
After breakfast, we make our way home.
