Rob says…
Indigo Hotels are one of my personal favourite hotel brands and I’m very happy that the Indigo Dundee will be hosting our groups in 2026. Centrally located, modern & chic styling with inventive dining options make this a great option for guests who want to travel with a group but explore as an individual.

Itinerary

PACKAGED ITINERARY

Day 1 Arrival
We arrive at our hotel in time for dinner.

Day 2 Teasses Estate & St Andrews
This morning, we visit the beautifully restored gardens at the historic Teasses Estate for a guided tour by the head gardener. As we walk amongst the spectacular gardens, we will hear more about the history and restoration. We might pick up a few gardening tips too! After enjoying some refreshments and home-baked goods, we drive to the quaint seaside town of St Andrews for time at leisure. Famous as the home of golf and its Royal connections, it’s the perfect place to explore independents shops, cute cafes and historical sights.

Day 3 Dundee & Discovery Point Suggested Driver’s Day Off
We spend today in Dundee where first we visit Discovery Point, the award-winning attraction which tells the story of RRS Discovery and Captain Scott’s amazing Antarctic expedition. After our visit, we step next door and explore the exciting V&A Dundee (free of charge although some exhibitions carry a separate charge), before we enjoy the rest of the afternoon at leisure exploring more of Dundee. Home to the famous publishing house of DC Thomson, see if you can spot all the statues of famous Beano and Dandy characters dotted around the city!

Day 4 Scone Palace & Blackwatch Museum
This morning, we travel back in time to Scone Palace, the ancient crowning place of Scottish Kings and original home of the Stone of Destiny. Set in beautiful woodland gardens admire the historical artefacts and stunning State Rooms. This afternoon we visit the Black Watch Museum to learn more about the extraordinary history of Scotland’s oldest highland regiment dating back to 1739. With free time afterwards in Perth, why not visit the new Perth Museum to see the actual Stone of Destiny, newly returned to Scotland after 700 years.

Day 5 Departure
After breakfast, we begin our journey home.
