SUGGESTED ITINERARY
Day 1 Embark in Passau – Melk
We arrive in Passau and board our ship from 15.00, before cruising to Melk.
Day 2 Melk – Esztergom
Today we have the option of touring Melk Abbey, with its splendid Baroque architecture.
Day 3 Esztergom – Budapest
Today’s optional excursions include a visit to the Basilica of Esztergom by tourist train, a guided city tour of Budapest and a Budapest by Night boat tour.
Day 4 Budapest – Bratislava
We may wish to enjoy a Budapest Tram, Culture & Tasting experience today.
Day 5 Bratislava – Vienna
Today’s optional excursion is a Bratislava city tour complete with beer tasting, or explore its delightful 18th century, pedestrianised old town at leisure.
Day 6 Vienna – Linz
We have the option of enjoying a Vienna guided city tour and a visit to the impressive Schönbrunn Palace, just one of the city’s Imperial palaces.
Day 7 Linz – Passau
Today we may wish to enjoy the view from Linz’s Pöstlingberg before embarking on a sightseeing tour of the city.
Day 8 Disembark in Passau
After breakfast, we disembark at 09.00 and begin our journey home.

The MS VIVA TWO was commissioned in 2023 and accommodates up to 190 passengers across 95 cabins. There are eight luxurious suites (24m²) with French balconies on the Diamond deck; two-bed cabins (15m²) with French balconies on the Diamond and Ruby decks; and two-bed cabins with windows that cannot be opened on the Emerald deck. All are equipped with TV, included minibar, Nespresso machine, beauty products, hairdryer, safe, air–conditioning, shower and toilet. Dining options include the main restaurant Riverside on the Ruby deck, the speciality restaurant Moments, which is included in VIVA All-Inclusive, on the Emerald deck and the Bistro, which offers an alternative to the main restaurant, on the Diamond deck – which is also home to the lounge. Leisure facilities include a whirlpool and putting green on the sundeck, as well as a wellness area with steam bath and sauna and a gym.
