Itinerary

PACKAGED ITINERARY

Day 1 Arrival
We arrive at our hotel in time for dinner.

Day 2 Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary and My Time
We head to the Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary where donkeys in need are given a loving and forever home. We are welcomed by a member of the team with an introduction. With so many donkeys to choose from, why not adopt a donkey each time you visit? The afternoon is spent at our own leisure.

Day 3 Osborne House Ground Floor Tour & Grounds & My Time
We spend this morning visiting Osborne House for a winter guided tour of the ground floor and grounds of the house. During these special tours, you’ll have the opportunity to delve deep into the stories and secrets of Osborne’s royal household. Here we enjoy a hearty soup and savoury scone. We head back to the hotel to enjoy some ‘My Time’ at leisure.

Day 4 Quarr Abbey Visitor Centre & My Time
This morning we head to Quarr Abbey Visitor Centre to learn about the monks who live at the Abbey. The visitor centre will show you what the abbey is, what the monks who live there do, and some things for you to see and enjoy on the abbey estate. A visual display will tell you the turbulent story of the site and other displays will show you the monks and explain the meaning of their life, while the “Cloister Clock” enables you to follow the monk hour by hour through his day. We head back to the hotel for ‘My Time’.

Day 5 Departure
After breakfast, we make our way home.
