Day 1 Arrival
We arrive at our hotel in time for dinner.
Day 2 Ostend & Ypres
This morning, enjoy some free time in Ostend. With its unique character, lively seafront and marina, bustling markets, and excellent seafood restaurants, the city is perfect for a relaxed morning. Take a stroll along the pier or simply unwind on the beach. In the afternoon, we have leisure time in Ypres, a town full of history and charm. Explore its historic Cloth Hall, impressive Cathedral and picturesque medieval Market Square. While Ypres has centuries of history, it is perhaps most famously remembered for the events that unfolded here during WWI.
Day 3 Ghent & Bruges
This morning, we visit the Flemish city of Ghent, renowned for its opera house, fascinating museums, historic churches and countless picturesque bridges. Be sure to spot the medieval belfry, with resonant bell which once warned Belgium’s rulers of approaching enemies – today, it adds to the city’s unique charm. In the afternoon, we travel to the historic city of Bruges, a renowned UNESCO World Heritage Site brimming with beautiful buildings, churches and canals.
Day 4 Departure
After breakfast, we begin our journey home.
