Day 1 Arrival
Day 2 Lido di Jesolo Driver’s Day Off
We spend today relaxing in our lovely coastal resort, exploring the many shops, cafés and restaurants, or taking a stroll along the seafront.
Day 3 Venice
We take a water bus from Tronchetto to St Mark’s Square in Venice, where we spend the day exploring at leisure. Stunning architecture and a labyrinth of mysterious passageways await as we explore the Grand Canal, the Gothic Doge’s Palace and the Basilicas of San Marco and Santa Maria della Salute.
Day 4 Treviso & Villa Sandi
We start our day in the walled medieval city of Treviso with free time to explore and enjoy lunch. We then travel towards the Prosecco wine route to visit wine producer, Villa Sandi, set in a vast valley. Here we enjoy a guided visit and tasting.
Day 5 Peschiera del Garda & Verona
We enjoy a morning visit to Peschiera del Garda, a lovely little town on the southeastern shores of Italy’s largest and perhaps most beautiful lake. We have time to explore and enjoy a relaxing lunch before we head to Verona, city of Romeo and Juliet, to admire the fantastic Roman amphitheatre and elegant shops.
